Very tranquil campsite, especially after the 4wd trucks left the back area of the beach.
To prevent dragging wet sand into his tent, jeff walked to the stream, washed his feet...and then bagged them.
After dinner, and wine, and now beer...Archie was at least partially in the bag(s).

Past Antigonish now, heading north up the Sunrise trail, Ian attempts a slow speed breakaway from a slow speed group.
Camp spot night 3. next to the Marina and 100' from a sign that forbode camping. Easily the quietist night of all.

Now climbing out of Ballantynes cove we hit the 'highlands" of our journey. This route would be an awesome training area in the spring season.

Up and down, but mostly up, for 2-3hrs.
I snuck up on some deer, they were only alerted to me when i clicked the shutter. i probably could have gotten much closer. this is a very serene and quiet way to travel.
